How much room should I have for my massage therapist?

Should I undress for a massage?

Undress to your comfort level. A sheet will securely drape you, and only one area at a time will be treated. Undergarments are recommended or shorts to allow for stretches.

How long will the appointment be?

The total appointment time will be about 1 hr. and 15 mins. This will allow time for set up, discussing your goals and clean up.

How long will hands on treatment be?

There is 5 mins. to discus your needs, goals, and concerns and 55 mins. of hands on treatment.

Do you have a location?
